THREE NOBLE PARK LEVEL CROSSINGS TO BE GONE BY END OF SUMMER

I was pleased to join Premier Daniel Andrews, Acting Minister for Public Transport Luke Donnellan and Member for Dandenong Gabrielle Williams this morning to announce the exciting news that our local level crossings will soon be history. The three Noble Park level crossings – Heatherton, Corrigan and Chandler Roads – will be gone by mid February. The three sets of boom gates are set to go down for the final time on 29 January and crews will then get on with the job of connecting the new elevated train tracks to the existing ones.

To allow these final works to be carried out safely, buses will replace trains from 30 January to 14 February between Westall and Dandenong. During this time, please plan ahead, visit the PTV website and allow extra time when travelling.
