VIC Budget 2018-19: Getting Things Done for Keysborough

Communities across the Keysborough Electorate have plenty to celebrate in the Andrews Labor Government’s 2018-19 State Budget. I’m pleased to be delivering these important upgrades and projects for our growing local communities.

  • $18.9 million to build the new Keysborough South Primary School, opening in 2020
  • Upgrade to seal car parks at Sandown Park Station
  • Additional funding for Dingley Village Neighbourhood Centre coordination
  • $50,000 to investigate converting the Noble Park Douglas St/Heatherton/Lightwood Roads intersection to traffic signals
  • More frequent train services between the city and Dandenong between 7-10pm
  • $540 million to upgrade Cranbourne-Pakenham rail corridor
  • $172 million to make priority TAFE courses free
  • $97 million for more police prosecutors to keep our community safe
