Students at Heatherhill Primary School will soon have a new flagpole to fly the Aboriginal flag, thanks to support from the Andrews Labor Government.

Member for Keysborough Martin Pakula today announced that the school – which already flies the Australian flag – will receive $1,300 for a second pole.

There are now more than 1,200 school upgrades underway across Victoria thanks to the Labor Government’s unprecedented $2.8 billion investment in school infrastructure as part of the Education State.

There are also now 64 new schools projects in the construction pipeline, creating more than 5,000 construction jobs.
