KESYBOROUGH KIDS START KINDER STRONG
Australian research shows that one in five Victorian children start school developmentally vulnerable and once behind, they tend to stay behind. That’s why the State Government’s needs-based School Readiness Funding is so vital. This program aims to reduce the impact of educational disadvantage on children’s learning and development and improve outcomes in communication, wellbeing, access and participation. Twenty-four early childhood services offering funded kinder in the Keysborough electorate, will share in approximtely $500,000 of allocated funds. This way, we can help kids who need it most, so they can get the best out of kinder and start school on track.
